As Carter's grandma, I am so excited to be participating in the Carter's Legacy 5k again this year! Last year there was a tremendous turnout and we all had a wonderful morning in memory of Carter's short life.  Money raised from this year's walk/run will add to the funds for the Carter Lee Kerns Memorial Fund, held and administered by the Martin County Community Foundation. The annual payout from the fund goes to support non-profit organizations that work to enhance the lives of children and families in Martin County, Indiana.  I am proud to be a part of this effort in memory of Carter.
