2. What are the Race Options and Schedules?
The 5k run/walk will take place on Saturday, May 14th at West Boggs Park rain or shine. Enter the park and follow signs for parking and for the race.  There is a $6 per vehicle entry fee to get into the park.
Packet pick up starts at 7:30 a.m. 
The run/walk starts at 9:00 a.m.
 
3. How can my sponsors submit payment?
Online contributions can be made by debit or credit card on the runner’s personalized page found on our website. Just make sure to tell your sponsors to select your name from the list of runners.  
 
Checks and cash are not accepted through this website. If you would prefer to use checks or cash, send [email protected] an email to get an entry form sent to you. Locally, entry forms will be available to pick up at: Running With Scissors Salon, Aunt B's Brew HaHa and the Mill Street Grille. Mail your entry form and check payable to "Carter's Legacy 5K" to:

4. Is the Run only for Runners?
No! The walk/run is designed as a day of fun and fitness for the whole family. You can run, walk or just come and cheer everyone on. It will be attended by family and friends and supporters from the community who look forward to it as a fun and exciting community gathering.

5. I see there are Teams.  Do I have to be part of a Team?
No!  Teams are for fundraising purposes.  You may want to get together with people from your school class, church, work, civic organization, family, etc. to try to raise funds as a team.  It is designed to provide a little friendly competition while raising funds for a great cause.
 
6. Is there a refund policy?
The race will be held, rain or shine.  Race registration fees are not refundable.
 
7. Is parking available?
Yes.  Enter West Boggs Lake Park from US Highway 231.  There is a $6 per vehicle entrance fee to get into the park.  Follow the signs for parking and to the starting line.
