I am so excited NHCMA is participating in the iANDA! 5K for HAVEN Free Clinic on October 16! All proceeds from this event will support the HAVEN Free Clinic, a student-run clinic that provides comprehensive primary care services to members of the New Haven community free-of-charge.
To join this fundraising effort, register for the NHCMA team or donate to this fundraising page! Since this year’s event is virtual, we can choose one of the suggested running routes from the website to come together on race day to enjoy each others’ company! Or, you can run/walk remotely from your own neighborhood and participate via the event Strava (details to follow soon).

All proceeds from this event will support HAVEN Free Clinic, a non-profit organization that partners with Yale University to provide comprehensive primary care services to members of the New Haven community free-of-charge.
We are a student-run clinic that has provided comprehensive primary care at no cost to uninsured patients in New Haven for the past 16 years. In 2019 alone, we cared for over 650 of our community members. The annual 5K race, our signature fundraising event, typically raises 70% of our total annual departmental budget.
