The Climb 2018 is taking place at the State Tower Building in the heart of downtown, Syracuse on November 17, 2018. 
 
Location: State Tower Building, 109 S. Warren St., Syracuse, NY 13202
Parking: Free parking next to Goodyear between E. Washington and E. Water Street; street parking. 
 
Timeline:
Registration time: 8:00 am - 9:30 am in the Atrium (right next to the State Tower) 
Bib & T-shirt pick up time: 8:00 am - 9:30 am in the Atrium (right next to the State Tower) 
Opening Ceremonies: Approximately 10:00 am in the Atrium (right next to the State Tower)
Ribbon Cutting: Approximately 10:20 am outside the state tower building 
Runners Start Time: Approximately 10:30 am 
Walkers Start Time: Approximately 11:00 am 
Award ceremonies: Approximately 11:40 am 
SU vs ND watch party at the Saltine Warrior: 12:00 on! 
 
Logistics and Details: 
  • Please arrive with plenty of time to get registered and pick up your bib and t-shirt.
  • Please have your final donations to us on or before Saturday, November 17th.  These donations can be turned in at the registration table when you pick up your racing bib. These donations can be made by check, cash or limited credit card use.  Checks should be made payable to On My Team16.  
  • We ask that individual climbers raise a minimum of $100.00.  If you are short of this goal, please do all you can to reach that $100 mark by Saturday morning. This $100 minimum does include your $30.00 registration fee.  
  • If you are a member of a team, your overall team minimum requirement is $338.00 to climb.  If your overall team is short of this goal, please do all you can to reach that $338.00 mark by Saturday morning.  This $338.00 team minimum does include the $30 registration fee per team member.  
  • We will be accepting cash, checks and credit cards (on a limited basis) on race day to ensure your race fundraising requirements are met. Checks should be made payable to On My Team16.  
  • We will have a gear check station where you can store your belongings during The Climb. There will be a table in the atrium during registration to utilize this service.  This will be a secure area and will be monitored by a volunteer at all times.
  • All registration and pickups will take place in the Atrium (right next to the State Tower building).
  • There will be donuts, bagels, coffee, snacks and a photo booth in the Atrium before, during and after The Climb in the Atrium.
  • When in doubt, visit the Atrium.
  • It is supposed to be wet outside! It might be smart to bring a dry pair of sneakers to race in! 
  • We have prizes for the fastest male and female runner and walker and top fundraiser.

  • Post The Climb there is an SU vs ND football watch party at The Saltine Warrior (214 W Water St, Syracuse, NY 13202). You will get a ticket at the end of The Climb (at the medal station) for a free drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and free pizza and wings. 
  • This is the FIRST time we are holding an event like this. Please be patient with us as this is a learning process for all. At the end of the day - we are ALL making a difference. We will welcome suggestions and recommendations for next year, and you can email them to info@onmyteam16.com.
