This year Dave, Rosalie and I are dedicating our "Strides for Stripes" zebra walk to the entire Wahmann family in honor of their 20th Anniversary of being tireless advocates for NET patients and caregivers. The stories of their love and efforts are endless and still continue to inspire us as a family.
We have been working with NCAN for over 10 years helping to raise awareness for this under-recognized, under-funded form of cancer. Thank you for supporting us by registering to walks to walk, or by sponsoring us!
This is a Community based on Awareness, Education, Love and Hope and there are a couple of ways you can help.
1. REGISTER to walk with us. Put on the tshirt and help raise awareness.
2. SPONSOR any member of Sheila’s YaYas, or any walker! A donation of any size will support NCAN’s ability to help support the NET Community.

The Neuroendocrine Cancer Awareness Network. Money raised from the Strides for Stripes event goes directly to programs that assist Neuroendocrine and Carcinoid Cancer (NET) patients, such as our NET Cancer Hotline, Patient Conferences, and educational webinars.
We're a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of Neuroendocrine Cancer, providing support for caregivers and people with NETs, and funding for NET cancer research. Since 2003, it has been our mission, or as we like to say, our passion, to educate and support the NET community as a whole. That’s our thing.
