It might take a little training and coaching, but many of our participants are first-timer runners. This is a fun event with a little friendly competition.  Whether you run or walk, if you are a novice, or a serious athlete we will be here to inspire you every step of the way.  We are also planning to share other motivational programs to help you train, attain new fitness goals, and build endurance, so you can maximize your performance.  Our hope is to inspire you to achieve ultimate “personal wellness” and, at the same time, participate in a competitive and family friendly athletic event that will allow you to spend meaningful time together with family and friends while supporting a great cause.
