On May 15, 2016 the quilt shown in the team photo will be raffled off. 100% of donations for the quilt will be donated to brain tumor research. The quilt is still being made so as progress is made the the photo will be updated.  

Tickets are a $1 donation. The minimum donation via Team Quilt is $10. If you are interested in less than 10 tickets please email Amy Cieslak [email protected] for additional information.

 

Winner of the quilt does not need to be present to win.  We will ship the quilt to the winner if needed as long as they are located within the U.S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii. After your donation is made you will receive an email via this site confirming your donation. Your ticket stubs will be emailed to you as a scanned image showing your name and contact information within 48-72 hours of your donation. Your ticket stubs will be included at the drawing. A video of the drawing will be posted on the Denise's People-Campaign for Brain Tumor Awareness Facebook page on May 15, 2016.
