Dogtoberfest Details
Dogtoberfest is all about enjoying the Fall season, having fun together, and raising critical funds for shelter animals. By registering and asking your friends, co-workers, and family to sponsor you, you'll be supporting newborn, abandoned, and hard-to-place animals in Friends of Upland Animal Shelter's Extended Care, Foster, Transfer, and Advocacy Programs. Plus, you'll have a chance to win great prizes while you are helping the animals be the real winners. We invite you to register today!
PEER-TO-PEER FUNDRAISING CONTEST
Some of our generous supporters have donated the wonderful prizes below to spice up this Dogtoberfest's online fundraising efforts! The peer-to-peer fundraising contest ends Wednesday, November 3rd at 5:00 p.m. Register by donating at least $25 then invite your friends and family to sponsor you by making a minimum donation of $10 to your fundraising goal.
TOP FUNDRAISING PRIZES: The three fundraisers who raise the most funds (and at least $125) will win one of the TOP fundraising prizes:
1st Place - $500 Cash Prize sponsored by Bishop Financial Group
2nd Place - $250 Cash Prize
3rd Place - $125 Cash Prize
GRAND PRIZES: In addition, everyone who raises at least $100 is automatically entered for a chance to win one of several GRAND prizes:
ONLINE PHOTO CONTEST
This year, in addition to competing for the fundraising prizes listed above, you can upload up to 8 photos for 8 chances to win a $50 gift card goodie bag in the online photo contest. Photos can feature pets, people, and/or places (in costume or not). The online photo contest ends Wednesday, November 3rd at 5:00 p.m. and one winning photo will be chosen for each of the following eight (8) categories:

PUT THE BEER IN DOGTOBERFEST & BE A BAR-HOPPER
We're putting the beer in Dogtoberfest with in-person events participating local breweries! Visit the local animal-loving breweries below and Friends of Upland Animal Shelter will benefit from your participation and purchases.
We'll also have a special "Bar Hopper Passport Gift Basket" with merchandise from all four breweries for one lucky beer lover that attends 3 of the 4 brewery fundraisers. Just visit the Dogtoberfest table to get your passport, show your receipt for a beverage purchase, and get your passport stamped. When you have 3 stamps on your passport, return it to the Dogtoberfest table at either The Stout House or Dragon's Tale Brewery fundraisers and you'll be entered for a chance to win the Bar Hopper Passport Gift Basket. No registration is required to participate.
Can't visit every brewery? You can still enter the raffles for great gift baskets at each brewery you attend.

We're closing the fall season with special Halloween celebrations at The Stout House and Dragon's Tale Brewery on Halloween weekend! Join us for costume contests for you and your pet, "lick or treat" with a shelter pet, music, food vendors, and more. Be sure to bring your Bar Hopper Passport to both events and get it stamped to be eligible for your chance to win the Bar Hopper Passport Gift Basket.
