is an annual week-long event created by Habitat’s Women Build program in partnership with Lowe’s and is held March 8-15, 2021 leading up to International Women’s Day. The event calls on women across the globe to raise a hammer to spotlight the need for safe and affordable housing. This year, due to Covid-19, we are celebrating virtually with a series of events spotlighting York County women leaders.
