I am walking with my sister who is a brain tumor survivor! And I walk in memory of my sister-in-law who lost her battle with brain cancer in April of this year.
I am so excited to participate in the Walk/Run To End Brain Tumors 5K! Money raised from this run will be used for brain tumor research.
Today nearly 300,000 people are diagnosed each year in the United States. 30,000 or 10% are children. Brain tumors are often deadly, impact quality of life, and change everything for patients and their loved ones.
