I am so excited to participate in the Walk/Run To End Brain Tumors 5K! Money raised from this run will be used for brain tumor research.
My junior high sweetheart, Jeff, was diagnosed with a grade 4 brain tumor on July 18, 2007. He died September 30, 2009 just 2 1/2 months after our 30th wedding anniversary. I am walking and raising funds in his memory so that others won't lose their spouse, parent, or child to this horrible disease.
