I'm honored to participate in the MN Brain Tumor 5k in honor of my dad, John. We lost him in 2011 to the nasty glioblastoma. He fought like a true Irishman to the bitter end and we miss him dearly. Please join me in raising a glass, and funds and awareness to this cause that has affected many families like mine.
Today nearly 700,000 people in the United States are living with a primary brain tumor, and more than 69,000 others will be diagnosed this year. Brain tumors are often deadly, impact quality of life, and change everything for patients and their loved ones.
