MY STORY
Our team is called Holding Sean in honor and memory of our beloved son, brother, husband, father, and friend, Sean Patrick Lipinski.

Sean Lipinski, died on December 27, 2022, of complications from a brain tumor he didn't know he had.
Sean was a Class of '99 graduate of Stillwater Area High School, a multidisciplinary and self-taught musician, an avid outdoorsman and rock climber, and a compassionate and passionate role model to many.

He left behind two brave and powerful daughters, a brilliant and loving wife, and a legacy of generosity, humor, and kindness that lives on through our hearts.

Sean's wife, daughters, sister, brothers, nieces, and nephew are excited to participate in the 2023 MN Brain Tumor 5K! Family, friends, and fellows are welcome to join and support team Holding Sean. Money raised from this event will be used for brain tumor research.

Today nearly 700,000 people in the United States are living with a primary brain tumor, and more than 69,000 others will be diagnosed this year. Brain tumors are often deadly, impact quality of life, and change everything for patients and their loved ones. We don't want anyone to have to experience what Sean did.

Please sponsor Holding Sean for this very important cause!
