How to Participate
 
It is up to you how and where you will participate this year. You can choose to walk/run around town or on a treadmill, enjoy brunch with family, or something else. Whatever you decide to do, just have fun with it! Share videos and photos of your day on the MN Brain Tumor 5K Facebook page or on your Instagram using #MNBT5K. We will re-share your posts so that all participants can see!

The participation planner (click to download) provides a guide for participating in the virtual event. Download it for:

Since the event is virtual this year, the medalists and grand prize winners will be selected based on fundraising totals from personal fundraising pages as of 6:00 pm Saturday, June 13.
 
Medalists are the top three fundraisers in the following categories:
  • Adult Male (three medalists)
  • Adult Female (three medalists)
  • Youth (three medalists 17 and under)
Grand prize winners are the top three fundraisers overall and will win:
  • 1st Place: $300 Amazon gift card
  • 2nd Place: $200 Amazon gift card
  • 3rd Place: $100 Amazon gift card
