I am so excited to be participating in the Ashkelon Marathon with Team Darkaynu! It's a privilege to raise money for this unique and impactful program for young adults with special needs to learn Torah in Israel through Midreshet Lindenbaum and Yeshivat Gush. Darkaynu gives these students something most people take for granted - the chance to spend a year in Israel learning Torah, building show full storyindependence, and being part of a real yeshiva/seminary environment alongside their peers. It’s not just classes - they gain life skills, confidence, and a sense of belonging. One of my highlights each week is my the time spent with my Darkaynu chavrusa, where we learn together the meaning behind our daily mitzvots! This program is one of the only ones of its kind, and mean so much to everyone involved. Every contribution genuinely makes a difference. Thank you!
