I am beyond excited to be participating in the Ashkelon Marathon with Team Darkaynu in just a couple of weeks!! Please consider supporting me in my race!

 

My name is Emma and I have the privilege of learning at Midreshet Lindenbaum with Darkaynu this year. We learn together, experience Israel together, and are so excited to be running in the Ashkelon marathon together!

Darkaynu is an amazing learning program for women with special needs that allows them to "learn Torah in a way that's meaningful and accessible in a place that focuses on ability, dignity, and belonging," as said by Izzy Kay, a current Darkaynu student. Alongside the students are an amazing group of supportive Bnot Sherut, faculty and social workers who ensure that their students have a meaningful, educational, and memorable year.

 

The race is taking place on Friday, March 13th, and money raised from this event will go towards the Scholarship Fund of the Elaine and Norm Brodsky Darkaynu Programs, allowing for many more future students to have the opportunity to spend the year at this incredible program.
