Pushka Pal

Remember how your parents and grandparents used to go to the “Pushka” on numerous occasions to give pennies, nickels and quarters to Charity. Whether it was Friday before Shabbos, or the day before a YomTov, or perhaps when someone in the family had survived a serious illness or was facing a dangrous situation of any type–the previous generations would use the Pushka as their mode of giving charity, and either expressing a thank you to, or a request of, the Al-mighty.

Well, PUSHKA-PAL has been created by the Leeba Gavriella Fund for the Needy, so that you can use an “Internet Pushka” just like the old time charity boxes, except this Pushka is either on your computer on the internet, or on your Smart Phone.

To use your own personal Internet or Smart Phone Pushka, all you have to do is click on “Pushka-Pal” and provide a legitimate credit card number to our secure web site. You can then donate any amount you desire, and as often as you want to, and your credit card will be billed. The amount can vary, but the minimum is $10.00. We will send you an immediate acknowledgement and receipt for whatever that amount is.

Additionally, we will keep track of the amounts you have donated during each month, and we will send you an e-mail receipt for the monthly total, on the 30th of each month. If any of your donations are “in honor of” or “in memory of,” please provide the name and e-mail address of the person to whom you would like an acknowledgement to go, and this will be sent out immediately, also. Please remember that all of your donations to our fund are tax-exempt; the Leeba  Gavriella Fund for the Needy is a 501c.3, IRS– recognized charity.
