So...I'm running in the Jerusalem Marathon this coming March!  What makes me so excited about it is the fact that the money raised will go towards the greatest place on the face of the earth.....Camp Kaylie.  Kaylie is an inclusion program and has campers both with and without disabilities.  Since the camp opened 7 years ago I have been both a camper and then staff member of this amazing program.  Unfortunately, I cannot return since I made Aliya and the schedule no longer works.

Camp Kaylie inspired me to do 2 years of Sherut Leumi in Keren Or, working with children who have disabilities.  Additionally, I am currently enrolled in a Special Ed Program through Bar Ilan University so I can continue on my path of helping children with disabilities thrive.  It kills me that I cannot return to Camp Kaylie, so pushing myself and running in the Jerusalem Marathon to sponsor Camp Kaylie is my little way of giving back to a place that has given me so much and has changed my life.
