This summer, I was diagnosed with Neuroendocrine Tumors (NETs) in my stomach. This is a rare cancer that will require monitoring for the rest of my life. The main thing the medical professionals can do for me right now is to perform an endoscopy on a regular basis to look for and remove additional tumors. Who knows where this will lead us, but we are both ready to do whatever it takes so I can be here to see where life takes out children and to watch our grandchildren grow up!
