For over two decades, the Neuroendocrine Cancer Awareness Network (NCAN) has served as a vital resource for patients and their families, providing essential education, support, and advocacy during their most challenging times. This cause holds profound significance for me, as I walk not only to raise awareness but also to advocate for transformative change.
