My story is sadly a story many other families have had to
endure. The 9 months I had with my beautiful baby girl were
not easy, but I would do it all over again in a heart beat.
Never in a million years would I have thought our mommy and
daughter journey we call life, would have taken a turn and I
would be left with a empty belly and no sweet baby girl in
my arms. Though I know now God had greater plans for Mea, I
can't help but feel happy for "My Beautiful
Angel". The hole in my heart will never go away, but
when I hear of organizations that help families out there that are
in the same boat as my family, I feel a great need to reach
out to them. The first time I did the Mary/ Alice virtual 5k
was a couple of years ago, thanks to a dear friend of mine.
I couldn't be happier to support a foundation like this
one.
