September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month. Did you know childhood cancer is the #1 disease killer of children - more than asthma, cystic fibrosis, diabete and pediatric AIDS combined. 

Today, approximately 36 children will be diagnosed with childhood cancer. That's an entire school classroom a day 

Approximately 7 children die a day from childhood cancer. 

 

Childhood cancer research and fundraising has been a passion of mine for many years. Sadly it is my belief that those families fighting cancer are so busy with actually fighting to stay alive that it takes those of us that are able to fight for a cure and a cause to step up and make the difference to eliminate this terrible monster! Please help and support those battling childhood cancer everyday.
