I am so excited to be participating in Studio Bleu's 11th Annual iDance4aCURE Dance Marathon. Thanks to generous supporters, we have raised over $200,000.00 towards childhood cancer research.  Sadly, cancer doesn't quit and neither will we. 100% of the proceeds from this event will directly fund childhood cancer research!  Please support us as we continue our fight to end childhood cancer. All proceeds from this event directly fund Childhood Cancer Research at Children's National Health System in Washington DC.  

 

Why we dance:

 

* Today 7+ children will die of childhood cancer;

* 43 children will be diagnosed with cancer today;

* 12% of children diagnosed with cancer do not survive;

* Cancer is the #1 disease killer of children in the United States;

* 60% of children who survive cancer suffer late effects such as infertility, heart failure and secondary cancers;

* Only 4% of Federal Funding is allocated to Childhood Cancer Research;
