Hi everyone!

 

My dance team, Boni's en Toure,  is raising money this year for the older brother of one of our team members.  His name is Cameron Gooch, and he's 8 years old and in the 3rd grade.  Cameron has embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, a solid tissue cancer that begins in embryonal muscle cells. About 350 children in the United States are diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma each year. He was diagnosed in September of 2016.  His treatments worked in the beginning but very recently his family found out that the cancer was back.  They are starting new treatments right now and we are praying with all of our hearts that they are successful. I will be dancing in a student showcase piece that I helped choreograph with my friends in January and all the money that we make for this showcase will also go to pediatric cancer.  I want to make a difference for Cameron and other children who are fighting cancer!
