I am so excited to be participating in Good Grief's virtual event, Steps to Resilience! Resilience, much like a muscle, needs to be built over time to grow stronger. Steps to Resilience is an opportunity for me to fill each day with victories and milestones, no matter how small, while creating community at a time when isolation and loneliness are all around us.
