3. What Does Pledging to the Run Mean, Exactly?
By committing to this event, and pledging to raise money for its success, you are helping raise invaluable funds to enhance the quality of life and support the young men of Marion County.
This is a fundraising event is designed to raise money to take young men from Marion County on an annual exploration trip. The 2018 Trip concluded November 2018 and included a 4 day trip to Washington DC (View pictures from Washington DC trip here)
We believe a trip of this magnitude will inspire initiative and prove to be an invaluable contribution to their personal development. Additionally, proceeds raised from the Run will also allow us to continue to build upon the mentoring programs and activities that we offer to Marion County quarterly. Ultimately, if our young men are successful then our community is a success.
We wish you all the success possible. Train, set and achieve new goals, enjoy the race… and get all the sponsors you can, so when you cross that finish line, we will all be winners
