I love what I do.Through my variety of classes and personal training I am able to help people work out their muscles, moods and minds. As soon as Bergen County went into quarantine I began receiving texts from both members and clients who were disappointed that they could not make class. I felt awful, I understood that people who are used to endorphins running through their bodies are going to feel trapped. With all the worry, upheaval and health concerns going on I knew I wanted to help in any way I could.

 

So I made my first exercise video and posted it on YouTube. The response was extraordinarily positive. Friends were sharing the links and doing the videos virtually with each other,  I realized that my reach extended beyond Bergen County. This inspired me to  make more videos at a variety of levels to meet people's exercise needs.  I was getting messages from all over the world thanking me. But honestly I have to thank everyone for the positive feedback that gave me the strength to continue making the videos. The joy and happiness I felt when someone watched a video and texted me that it made their day actually made my day. I was so humbled by my followers and grateful for the opportunity to make a small impact in their lives.
