Hi I'm Chewbacca! I traveled to Upland Animal Shelter from nearly 300 miles away and picked out my most handsome selfie just for Dogtoberfest!
I was a highly at-risk dog at another shelter and almost didn't get a second chance at life. I was so sad and scared but the Transfer Program rescued me and has given me so much hope that one day I'll have a great family and zillions of chew toys.
I'm one of many dogs that gets transferred for a better chance of adoption, and I'm so grateful that they saved my life too.
