During the past year I lost my aunt who struggled with addiction for a large fraction of her life. My Uncle Tom who also struggled is now thriving through martial arts, fitness and nutrition. To support him and give back to who I lost, I am participating in the CSL 2nd Annual 5K Walk/Run Against Addiction. Money raised from this event will be used for helping us bring awareness and resources to our community to combat addiction.
