I am so happy to be participating in the A Mourning Walk.  I’m walking in memory of my husband, Harry, who passed away from COVID pneumonia in April 2021.  Stephy’s Place has given me emotional support with awesome facilitators and a group where I have met some amazing people.  My group has formed friendships and we lift each other up with positive texts, checking in on each other almost daily. I’m grateful for them. This grief journey is no joke and with the support of this group, I don’t feel so alone. 
 

Money raised from this event will be used to provide free peer support groups for those suffering the loss of a loved one.
