MY STORY
Mark was my beloved brother whose generous spirit
enriched his family and friends beyond measure. If you needed help moving, Mark was your guy. He was incredibly loving that way. Mark inspired us with his commitment to fitness and loved to tease us by showing off his biceps.  Then made us laugh when he used the line "don't hate me because I'm beautiful". He had the BEST sense of humor. A pure delight to be around.

His heart was SO big. His life too short. I miss him terribly.

Today nearly 700,000 people in the United States are living with a primary brain tumor, and more than 69,000 others will be diagnosed this year. Brain tumors are often deadly, impact quality of life, and change everything for patients and their loved ones.

I’m excited to participate in the 2023 Mark Salkowski Memorial 5K and 1K Fun Run on Sunday, September 10, at Falling Branch Brewery in Street, Maryland.
I can’t think of a better way to honor his memory and all that he meant to us than raising money to fight this deadly disease.

Money raised from this event will be used for brain tumor researchease help by sponsoring me today!
