I am moved to be participating in Lydie's Loop: Steps Against Stillbirth. Money raised from this event will be used to increase awareness, support research, promote education, and encourage advocacy and family support regarding stillbirth.

 

With each child added, a family's life is forever changed- love grows and expands beyond comprehension. Our beloved son, Caius Patrick Thoren Williams is no exception in our family- his existence has brought pure joy to my husband and I. But we also experience extreme sadness by his physical absence. This coexistence of two extremes is something I can't explain but just is. We are walking to help prevent other families from experiencing this lifelong heartache.
